Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Sattva Rituals application and related services. By installing, accessing, or using Sattva Rituals, you agree to this EULA.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sattva Rituals for your personal use, subject to this EULA.

2. Intellectual Property

All code, UI/UX, and algorithms of Sattva Rituals are the exclusive property of Nexus Global IT Holding B.V. This EULA gives you no ownership rights in the App.

You keep ownership of content you submit, and you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it to operate the App.

3. Platform Credits and Payments

Access to premium features and marketplace transactions operates on a universal Credit System. You purchase digital credits, which are consumed when you perform specific actions in the App.

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, unless refund is explicitly required by EU consumer law.

Credits hold no fiat currency value outside our platforms and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Orders for Physical Goods

When you buy physical products through Sattva Rituals, your order is subject to availability and to the Global Return and Refund Policy summarised below.

Product descriptions are provided in good faith, and ritual or wellness products are not medical products and are not a substitute for professional advice.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK): Consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from purchases of physical goods. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Digital goods and credits: If you purchase digital credits or digital content and expressly consent to immediate access, you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal once the credits are added to your digital wallet or the content is unlocked.
• Non-refundable items: Perishable goods and unsealed health or hygiene goods cannot be returned.
• Processing: Approved refunds for eligible physical goods are paid to the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, bypass or disable its security mechanisms, resell or sublicense access, or use the App unlawfully or to harm others.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," and our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this EULA or applicable law.

You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

Sections that by nature should survive termination, including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the courts of Amsterdam have jurisdiction.

This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of your country of residence.
