This Privacy Policy explains how we process your personal data when you use Sattva Rituals (the "App"), our ritual and wellness e-commerce platform.

We use your data to run your account, fulfil and support orders, process payments and refunds, personalise your experience where you have opted in, keep the App secure, and meet legal obligations.
Your data is used only for the purposes for which it was collected (purpose limitation). We do not sell personal data.
We share data only with verified third-party processors, such as payment providers, delivery partners, hosting providers, and, where you have consented, analytics and marketing providers.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or another lawful transfer mechanism.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.
Financial transaction records related to purchases are retained for seven years to meet Dutch statutory tax obligations.
After you request deletion, backups are overwritten within our 30-day retention cycle.
You have the right to be informed, and to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. No system is completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the App, and the effective date above will be updated.
